Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the global writing team, content strategist and analytics team to continuously evolve shared workflows, tools and data-driven best practices to improve content quality, timeliness, and impact
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and 1:1's to support quarterly goal setting, career development, and performance feedback
  • Establish trusted relationships with product managers, developers, professional services teams and writers to support the rapid evolution of Bold360
  • Identify and prioritize top opportunities for new and improved content to support onboarding, adoption and retention
  • Prioritize, track and measure content improvements by identifying actionable insights through high-quality analytics and partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Engage in creative problem solving, experiment with new approaches and share challenges and successes with a distributed writing team (California, Utah, Boston, and Budapest)
  • Manage and improve the support site experiences by keeping step with our rapidly evolving support platform architecture powered by Bold360 (support.logmeininc.com)
  • Deliver in-product personalized experiences with context-based solutions on the customer’s role, journey or product
  • Support a frictionless handoff between online and live support through a strategic meta tag management and optimized channeling

Qualifications

 

  • Native-level English
  • 5+ years of experience with team leadership and content development in a customer service, IT, or software development organization
  • Availability to support collaboration and team success across multiple time-zones
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage with local and remote colleagues
  • Experience with DITA XML (XMetaL, Oxygen XML Editor, etc.)
  • Able to understand target audiences and to design and deliver information in effective ways
  • Able to learn about products through product use, interviews, and by reviewing specifications
  • Able to work well under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness, enthusiasm and a “get things done” attitude
  • Good understanding of software development processes
  • Experience in developer content, third-party integrations, and API support
  • Experience with Agile workflow best practices
  • Conversational writing, chatbots and DITA migration a plus
