  • Overview

    Reporting to the US Payroll Manager, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the processing of the US payroll for over 2,000 domestic employees.  This position will be responsible for maintaining relationships with Human Resources, as well as our external vendor, ADP. 

    Responsibilities

    • Process bi-weekly US payroll, including timekeeping management for non-exempt employees, data collection and data entry
    • Facilitate off-cycle and manual payroll processing for non-scheduled events
    • Perform initial review of payroll results for accuracy and compliance
    • Manage garnishments and withholding orders to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws
    • Administer 401K funding
    • Provide customer service to employees and managers with payroll related issues and questions
    • Partner and communicate actively with Human Resources on employee compensation and benefit updates, as well as aligning and implementing streamlined payroll processes, procedures, and systems
    • Assist with year-end W-2 process

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 1-3 years of payroll administration experience
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
    • Working within strict deadlines
    • Ability to maintain high level of confidentially
    • Strong communication skills – oral and written
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
    • Multi-state payroll tax experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience processing payroll with ADP Workforce Now and Workday
