LogMeIn’s online conferencing products provide audio for millions of customers daily. To enable monitoring and error analysis our infrastructure writes enormous amounts of events and log lines. However, going through these manually to analyze single problematic meetings is a tedious and time-consuming task and does not help us to see if there is a systematic error in our infrastructure. By using machine learning we can predict when errors may occur and by using interpretable machine learning we can find out why a model predicts what it predicts.
Your task is to improve the underlying model generation, automate the entire process of prediction to interpretation and make the analysis process repeatable and scalable to provide our developers with actionable insights on potential improvements in our core infrastructure.
