    We are looking to hire a motivated Account Manager to cross sell and up sell our Communication and Collaboration solutions into our existing customer base across APAC.  The Account Manager will manage and sell into an industry agnostic patch of around 150 accounts.  This includes customers of all sizes (SMB, mid-market and Enterprise); allowing for variety and development potential in the role. Your ability to plan and execute an effective account management strategy, articulate our value proposition, demonstrate our products and manage your time effectively will be the key to our mutual success.

    Responsibilities

    What are you going to do

    • Sales position focused on retaining and generating new revenue from the existing customer base across the entire LogMeIn portfolio
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
    • Record and track contact with all assigned clients
    • Profile and query assigned customer base in territory for renwal, add-on and cross-sell opportunities by building strong relationships which quickly identify and qualify revenue
    • Manage a list of top accounts for optimal high value conversion
    • Manage a list of critical accounts to contact for product release or bug notifications
    • Establish a consistent daily call routine
    • Develop strategies using the back-office to identify customers who may have need for additional seats
    • Triage and resolve incoming customer inquiries (email/web/phone) efficiently
    • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast
    • Build Solid account plans that incorporate a strong infiltration of relationships across the business

    Qualifications

    We are looking for someone who has.

    • At least 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager
    • Accomplished outbound salesperson, with experience handling the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
    • Experience selling B2B software products desirable but not essential
    • Proven track record of selling into a large number of accounts and consistently attaining sales goals
    • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
    • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow
    • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
