LogMeIn’s Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying inorganic strategic growth areas and developing M&A priorities for the company. We deliver global growth acceleration via disciplined M&A deal execution, with a focus on executing transactions that help achieve revenue and profitability goals. The Director of Corporate Development will partner closely with senior executives, Corporate Strategy, and Business Unit leadership teams across sales, marketing, engineering, product management, and business operations to develop M&A priorities for the company across its three business units. This role is expected to contribute to all aspects of the corporate development process: market research, sourcing, financial analysis and modeling, market and company evaluation, business case preparation, due diligence, deal negotiation, and integration.
This is a critical business role within the company with high visibility across the Executive Team. The role reports to the VP and Global Head of Corporate Development.
