    The LogMeIn Marketing Automation team is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management marketing team. The Marketing Automation team’s focus is to build a best-in-class global marketing automation strategy, and our Associate will write and build ad hoc communications, such as newsletters, transactional notifications, and product announcements. This person will also be responsible for building audience targeting and QAing the entire marketing automation campaign. In this position, you will collaborate with our Marketing Programs, Product Marketing and fellow Marketing Automation team members at each stage of the process. Your work will help develop, grow, and expand our marketing automation strategy.


    • Partnering with team members and cross-functional counterparts on writing, designing, and executing newsletters, transactional notifications and ad hoc messages
    • Building targeted queries for email marketing in the marketing automation platforms
    • Writing copy and developing segmentation for in-product messages and push notifications in their respective platforms
    • Assist in quality assurance testing for segmentation, design and copy
    • Own postmaster account and filter appropriate messages to various cross-functional teams
    • Document processes in Asana and Confluence for cross-functional team transparency


    • Familiarity with Marketo, IBM Watson Campaign Automation or a similar marketing automation platform
    • Super fan of email marketing, in-product messaging, and push notifications
    • An HTML enthusiast (Intermediate experience is preferred)
    • Impressive ability to understand complex information and share in a digestible fashion with a broad audience
    • Masterful attention to detail
