  • Overview

    As a Senior .NET Engineer, you'll provide expert-level leadership on all facets of the development lifecycle. Within a Sitecore environment you'll act as day-to-day technical contributor across our marketing properties. You will set technical objectives for projects, orchestrate development efforts, delegate tasks and act as an interface to departments to meet business needs. You will be a strong partner for and take day to day direction from the ecommerce business owner.


    • Lead architecture, design and implementation of assigned projects
    • Gather, document and communicate requirements and solutions
    • Prepare and present technical recommendations to internal clients as well as provide technical analysis of existing applications and proposed solutions. 
    • Coach and mentor, including code reviews and tutelage
    • Evangelize best practices, both across and within the discipline
    • Facilitate exchange of ideas between developers
    • Maintain the integrity of application source code and underlying data using version control systems


    • Quick study, self-motivated, disciplined
    • Top-shelf analytical and communication skills
    • Ability to break down large asks into small digestible pieces
    • Comfortable working with a lightweight methodology that morphs from one project to the next
    • Firm grasp of object and aspect-oriented design and programming practices and patterns
    • Complete understanding of enterprise level project architecture, development lifecycle, and post production support
    • Able to produce concise design documentation
    • Strong optimization and debugging techniques
