    The Salesforce Integration Specialist will report to the Manager of Salesforce.com Development, supporting all aspects of system integration within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will require familiarity with data management principles, APIs, and integration toolsets to build, sustain, and reuse integration logic to enhance business value.  This resource will work on new initiatives, resolve production support issues with existing integrations, and continually improve and monitor these integrations.  Over time, this role will work with our SFDC Architect and SFDC Dev Mgr to drive the adoption and management of one integration platform for Salesforce.  LogMeIn’s growing Salesforce implementation consists of over 2,000 users spanning nearly all departments. This diverse set of users rely on the Business Systems team to support, implement and train on all the various functions within Salesforce.  


    • Design, develop, and maintain processes to integrate data and applications across our hybrid integration environment
    • Gather and analyze the recommended approach to integration to meet business needs
    • Monitor the existing integrations and continually improve them
    • Drive the standards of integration toolsets within the Business Applications team
    • Translate key business requirements into technical designs for implementation
    • Create and maintain integration environment map and the business processes affected by integration efforts for the Salesforce ecosystem 
    • Collaborate with various application teams to implement key integrations and drive standardization
    • Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures at the process and system level 
    • Act as the main subject matter expert for integrations within Business Applications
    • Take appropriate action on resolution, such as raising defects or updating install procedure documentation, to avoid future occurrences


    • 3+ years of Salesforce.com development and integration experience, preferable with knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud. Including hands on apex development solving business problems, refactoring and debugging code
    • 3+ years of integration experience using tools like Informatica, Boomi, and/or Mulesoft
    • 2+ years of integration work within the AWS platform - Lambda
    • 2+ years of integration experience with connecting Salesforce to various packaged and built applications
    • Good knowledge of JSON and XML data formats.
    • Java programming knowledge
    • Awareness of modern JavaScript application development techniques
    • Familiarity with the JavaScript programming language
    • SFDC Platform Developer I certification, SFDC Architecture experience, and/or SFDC Data Management experience a plus
    • Experience with end to end integration testing
