    The super organized, action-oriented Sr. Program Manager will lead the recently formalized HR Program Management Office, which is responsible for planning and executing HR programs that span a broad spectrum of HR and LogMeIn initiatives. In this position, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Communications, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Corporate Development, and business leaders, to drive business results. This highly visible role requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as cross-functionally. Bring your can-do attitude to help LogMeIn grow and scale and meet its strategic imperatives. Requires excellence in planning, execution and people engagement. This role will eventually manage a small team as the organization grows. Position reports to the Vice-President of Global HR Business Partnering.

    About the HR PMO:

    This role requires general knowledge of HR programs and business processes, including HR technology, operations, compensation and benefits, talent management, performance management, learning & development, mergers and acquisitions, analytics and business partnering. The ability to “simplify” is important. The person must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels, communicate effectively, achieve the right results and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    • Partner with HRBP’s and HR COE’s on a variety of cross-functional HR initiatives and annual programs from project initiation until closure. Programs will vary in HR discipline, length, and complexity
    • Use metrics and data to find the most efficient and effective way to manage complex programs
    • Ensure major end-to-end processes and events on a project, takes initiative, and uses problem solving skills to think beyond the task to the outcome that needs to be achieved
    • Identify issues, gaps and concerns in order to adjust and develop programs and ensure alignment of objectives
    • Understand the broader business strategy to determine the HR implications and ensures HR is positioned to support
    • Project manage Merger and Acquisition activity
    • Ensure “globalization” of HR programs while making them repeatable and aligned with corporate and HR employment brand initiatives
    • Establish tools, processes, and methodologies to facilitate the approval, resource allocation, and tracking of HR programs
    • Plan and facilitate Quarterly HR Programs Review


    • 5+ years of professional HR experience, with experience managing and leading HR projects
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach others
    • Confidently able to interact with all levels of management and influence results without authority
    • Experience leading projects and delivering results in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to develop approaches to tasks; create and implement process; and develop tools and frameworks for organizing work and evaluating ideas
    • Demonstrated understanding of change management methodologies
    • Able to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities and peak work load demands to meet deadlines when needed


    Desired Qualifications

    • MA (or equivalent) desirable
    • Proven ability to apply logical thinking to develop solutions to ambiguous problems
    • Proven excellence with project management, especially across different cultures and related to highly confidential and sensitive topics
