    The Data Analyst / Python Programmer will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and will work extensively with the Sales management team to provide critical insight into performance and trends. The Data Analyst / Python Programmer will be an important member of a growing sales operations team which is critical to the overall productivity and scale of our business.  Exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a high visibility role in fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for designing and developing programs/scripts across our existing infrastructure to support our Sales and Sales Operations teams, aimed towards driving efficiency and visibility within the Sales Organization.
    • Assist in developing/automating daily, weekly and monthly standard reports as needed
    • Perform complex ad hoc analysis as required, working with large datasets (>1M rows)
    • Work with Sales management teams to identify and prioritize analysis projects that are beneficial to the business
    • Go above and beyond initial analysis requests by determining what questions we should be asking; proactively provide answers to the next logical questions before they are asked
    • Manage cross-functional projects with key stakeholders scattered across the business
    • Enthusiastically assist on day-to-day sales operations tasks as need arises
    • Multi-task effectively
    • Quickly respond to priority requests, juggling other projects necessary
    • Provide consistent high level of service to all internal customers

    Qualifications

    • Business-related BS degree
    • Minimum 2 years experience 
    • Python and SQL a must
    • Skilled with data manipulation, particularly within pandas and numpy (Python packages)
    • AWS and Hive/Presto experience preferred
    • Salesforce experience a definite plus
    • Tableau (or other BI tool) experience a nice to have
    • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver
    • Exceptional attention to detail. Smart, thorough and able to work independently
    • Personable; able to work as a member of a team and to interact with peers and internal customers in other departments
    • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal: ability to simplify and explain complex analyses
    • Good work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
