  • Overview

    Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, the Director will influence the strategic direction and the design and delivery of talent acquisition programs for the EMEA region. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and deploying talent acquisition strategies to enable and accelerate company performance through by recruiting the top talent across the market. 

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and manage LMI interview and selection process across EMEA offices
    • Hire, train, develop and lead EME TA team members to effectively deliver on annual hiring plan deliverables
    • As part of the TA Leadership team coordinate priorities and initiatives to drive successful achievement of corporate goals
    • Partner with EMEA leadership to implement and refine the workforce plan and develop solid pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Provide expertise of internal/external talent landscape, building on competitive intelligence and trends to better inform the business planning process and deliver on talent requirements
    • Partner with employment branding and corporate marketing teams to expand utilization and focus with respect to improving the candidate pipeline via social networking, viral branding, and targeted recruiting campaigns
    • Select and manage third­party agency contracts and relationships
    • Perform activities in the TA life cycle, as needed, including executive level recruiting when required
    • Participate in cross functional projects relating to TA or human resources team, as needed
    • Provide regular reporting of TA metrics and risk analysis to the VP of TA and EMEA leadership

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of TA experience within high-growth tech/software companies, with 5+ years of managing distributed teams
    • Demonstrated accountability for management of high performing TA teams with subject matter expertise in recruiting exceptional GTM and Product functions across EMEA
    • Demonstrated success in developing programs to identify and attract high quality, talented candidates through targeted, highly effective TA strategies and campaigns.
    • Proven people management skills that align with LMI’s values and organizational culture
    • Ability to build and maintain constructive business relationships across functions
    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
