    Description:

    We are looking for an effective communicator and proactive individual to join our Enterprise Project Management team. In this role, you will work with our Enterprise account customers (50+ seats) to ensure a smooth onboarding and setup experience. You will work closely with our clients and team members to ensure all requirements and specifications are met, as well as make sure all contracts are finalized. You will also maintain and manage ongoing communications regarding changes in tasks, goals, and performance.

    You’ll be working with an international team of 10 Project Managers/Project Coordinator while interacting with 5-7 other international teams.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and follow specific project plan to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed according to timelines
    • Determine resource requirements of projects, based on project specifications
    • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
    • Manage project budget. Track and report team hours and expenses
    • Create and maintain a schedule for all phases of a project. Help team prioritize project work based on importance


    Qualifications:

    • Interest in project coordination
    • Interest in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and in scope
    • Good computer skills, proficient in MS office applications
    • Able to set clear expectations and timelines
    • Able to mitigate risks and issues as they arise and de-escalate volatile situations
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
    • Ability to professionally and clearly communicate both verbally and through digital correspondence in English, German and/or French are a plus
    • Willingness and ability to travel internationally preferred
