    Description:

    Jive is looking for a fun, responsible, and dependable Telecom Order Analyst to help onboard new clients by porting over existing business numbers.

     

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with porting partners and losing carriers and customers to process number orders in a timely manner
    • Meet or exceed established communication service level agreements
    • Perform quality checks on all orders prior to submission
    • Resolve issues with ports while working with multiple departments and carriers
    • Perform data entry
    • Interface with customers to effectively communicate order status, define order rejections, and request action
    • Complete other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications:
    • Past experience in the telecom industry is preferred
    • A solid understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Ability to quickly learn new tools, policies, and procedures
    • A strong ability to problem solve
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly
    • A self-starter attitude with the ability to produce results without constant supervision
    • Proactively identify problems and swiftly coordinate with team members and management to implement appropriate solutions.
    • An outgoing and friendly demeanor
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and through digital correspondence in German and English, French is a plus
    • Willingness and ability to travel internationally preferred
