    LogMeIn is looking for a Field Technician that will be responsible for deploying our proprietary VoIP PBX at our customer sites. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot various network equipment, such as switches, firewalls, routers, and phones. Candidates will need to display a deep understanding of network design, network setup, and VoIP applications. The position will require a high amount of Europe Travel.

     

    What you will be doing:
    • Working with our Field Engineering team to setup Jive’s proprietary phone system at customer locations throughout Europe
    • Troubleshooting, configuring, and planning customer networks to ensure quality of experience
    • Traveling to locations to install phones
    • Documenting any and all issues that arise as part of the installation
    • Documenting the Solution that is installed
    • Working with our Sales and Project Management teams to create and reach deployment SLAs

     

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience troubleshooting Enterprise Networks
    • Experience in multi-vendor network switching equipment (Cisco, HP, Brocade, Foundry, Meraki, etc.)
    • At lease 1 year of experience in managing and administering a PBX system
    • At least 1 year of experience with Jive’s Proprietary Phone System
    • At least 1 year of experience in deploying Jive’s PBX at customer sites
    • The ability to travel
    • CCENT required, CCNA and CCNP is a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and management skills
    • At least 1 Year of experience with Wireshark
    • At least 1 year of experience with SIP protocol
    • At least 1 year of experience with Analog and VoIP faxing
    • At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting PRIs, and telephony
    • At least 1 year of experience with the Jive Business Continuity Product
    • At least 1 year of experience with dynamic routing protocols
    • At least 1 year of experience with troubleshooting SIP logs for the Jive Platform
    • At least 1 year of experience with Jive Security Suite
    • At least 1 year of experience with Yealink, Polycom, and Cisco phones
    • Experience with SIP Trunks on the Jive system
    • At least 1 year of experience training others on the Jive PBX system
