    THE ROLE: 

    Last year LogMeIn acquired Jive - a leading cloud-based telephony provider - in a strategic move to complete our Unified Communication and Collaboration portfolio of solutions and offer a comprehensive service to customers.   Jive includes state-of-the-art voice, contact center, and mobile applications. We are now building a dedicated sales team to bring Jive and GoToConnect to market in EMEA.

    As a Territory Channel Manager, you will be the liaison between LogMeIn and its valued partners.  You will be responsible for nurturing and enabling those partners, giving them the training, tools and promotions to sell Jive and GoToConnect and setting them up for success.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the relationship between LogMeIn and its partners, keeping in regular contact with them by phone, email and in face to face meetings.
    • Work against a quota and develop new leads through relationships with partners 
    • Recruit, formalize agreements and train new partners 
    • Collaborate with Partner Sales Support to ensure successful processing of new and additional orders 
    • Complete all required administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner 
    • Provide timely and accurate reports, and enter information Salesforce
    • Maintain accurate client profiles 
    • Attend company events: trade shows, company meetings, special events, etc. 
    • Escalate any/all roadblocks to respective support department 
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational team meetings/workshops 
    • Establish personal networks 

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least some of this in channel sales
    • Proven ability to establish rapport and long-lasting relationships with partners
    • Specialized knowledge in Hosted VoIP, Unified Communications or data networking preferred
    • Experience managing the end to end sales cycle, including prospecting through to negotiation and closing
    • Excellent written and phone – based communication skills 
    • Excellent Customer Service 
    • Goal-oriented and self starting
