    In this newly created position, this Product Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to develop and execute our strategy for creating and scaling our technical content for LogMeIn’s Bold360 AI-powered customer engagement solution. Bold360 is one of the fastest growing products in the history of LogMeIn and it is transforming the way our customers and partners create value and the experience they deliver. This Product Marketing Manager will own the planning, coordination and execution of creating rich content to highlight the capabilities and value of LogMeIn’s Bold360 solution through demo experiences, highlight videos, event showcases, and interactive content to accelerate the adoption of Bold360 and overall business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Bold360, this role will run point on our strategy and execution around creating reference demo experiences, demo guides, evaluation guides, event demo experiences, and technical white papers, presentations, videos for our Bold360 solution
    • Build and maintain a demonstration environment for our Bold360 solution, with specific use-cases highlighted such as vertical examples
    • Support sales and marketing efforts as required, with a specific focus on driving best practices around customer demos to highlight our solution value
    • Build with our internal Training & Development team scalable programs to improve how sales and solution consulting teams leverage product demos to drive pipeline creation and conversion
    • Travel to support field and marketing activity, including industry events, exec summits and LogMeIn events
    • Support product launch activities with visual and interactive content to highlight new capabilities and use-cases
    • Own partner related demo experiences and briefing center demos
    • Assist with continuous improvement on how sales replies to RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PM, SC, and PS to advance how we articulate our value through demo and technical content
    • Support competitive analysis across the Product Marketing team

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing or Implementation Services (Professional Services, Solution Consulting) within high tech organizations with the demonstrated ability to execute on configuration and demonstration of a software solution
    • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B environment, creating and implementing content and demos to showcase the capabilities and value of a software solution
    • Experience in high tech companies delivering SaaS products in customer support, contact center, customer engagement, customer experience technologies preferred
    • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, chatbot and messaging technologies preferred
    • Excellent written, verbal, and visual (e.g. video) communication and documentation skills needed
    • Enthusiasm for public speaking and presenting to audiences, both internal and external at events
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
