  • Overview

    We are seeking a highly driven, growth-oriented eCommerce and Analytics leader who will help define and further develop automated reporting and forecasting across LogMeIn’s eCommerce web properties. This role will be critical to providing insights into LogMeIn’s day to day performance and trajectory across 12 eCommerce sites, be a key stakeholder and driver of LogMeIn’s annual planning process and will manage a team aligned to our business unit structure.  The successful candidate for this role will be highly analytical, self-motivated, intellectually curious and looking for a world class role to further develop their career.


    • Understanding the overall business objectives from a marketing, sales and overall growth perspective.
    • Continue to evolve our reporting and forecasting automation by working through technical barriers to drive real time insights.
    • Manage a team responsible for the eCommerce forecast and KPI reporting by BU.
    • Lead annual and quarterly eCommerce Planning processes for the eCommerce channel and work with sales, operations and finance teams to ensure a strong interlock across these organizations.
    • Work closely with business partners, technology and data teams to evaluate new and alternate approaches, data models and analytics tools.
    • Building Descriptive, Predictive & Prescriptive data models to drive forecasting accuracy.
    • Improving the accessibility of eCommerce data through dashboard & reports and ensuring data availability and integrity.
    • Drive development and optimization of standard eCommerce real time dashboards.
    • Improve process discipline by defining and driving implementation of key reporting and forecasting processes and fostering continual improvement.


    • 8+ years of analytics/forecasting experience preferably in an eCommerce channel.  
    • 5+ years’ experience leading and motivating teams in a global setting
    • A player/coach with experience leading a team of data analysts in a highly transactional business environment with complex data.
    • Strong project management skills, priority-setting capability, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong proficiency with system integration principles, experience troubleshooting points of system failure.
    • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of senior management and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to derive insights from data and communicate those insights to a diverse audience
    • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communications, and the ability to communicate and persuade a diverse audience
    • Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives
    • Strong interpersonal capabilities; ability to develop strong trust-based relationships and manage effectively; ability to build and motivate high-functioning teams
    • Strong business acumen including exposure/experience
