  • Overview

    We are adding renewal representatives to the Customer Engagement & Support sales team due to rapid growth in the business unit. We are seeking a motivated individual with a sales or service background. Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew client subscriptions, resolve customer issues/problems, negotiate contracts and effectively manage your time will be the key to our mutual success. 


    • Effectively manage set of assigned renewal opportunities, defend against competitive pressures and uncover additional opportunities
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue / retention targets
    • Passing qualified opportunities to the account management team, based on established rules of engagement.
    • Administrative sales support for the Account Manager team
    • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast for assigned territory
    • Maintain detailed account of daily activity in Salesforce
    • Effectively uncover accounts which may have risk and develop plans to mitigate it
    • Respond to inbound customer account and billing inquiries (email/phone) efficiently
    • Create custom contracts and working with legal department
    • Recognize trends to help develop programs which maximize retention


    • Minimum 1-3 years Inside-sales experience, preferably handling renewals
    • Strong customer service skills 
    • Must possess proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals
    • Excellent relationship building and sale closing skills
    • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
    • Ability to pick up technology and business value proposition
    • Must be self-organized and disciplined
    • BS/BA/University Degree
