    LogMeIn is growing and looking for a full-time Senior Recruiter to support our R&D and Sales/ Care functions. This person will be in charge of numerous recruiting functions including: screening resumes, coordinating interviews, evaluating talent, engaging candidates, managing hiring manager relationships, making offers, hiring candidates, and most importantly, ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. The right candidate will also serve as a point person for recruitment projects and serve as a senior team member of the local recruiting team.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and our hiring managers, business seniors to manage an effective full cycle recruitment & selection process in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
    • Create and implement new and unique candidate generation strategies for both passive and active candidates from the local and international labor market.
    • Ensure the delivery of quality/cost effective HR service.
    • Provide candidates with an exceptional recruitment experience.
    • Identify key recruitment metrics, provide robust recruitment reporting, proactively identify and manage trends, and advise the business/local teams on best practices and strategies.
    • Advise the local hiring teams and the recruiting team on employer branding, vendor relationship, and campus relationship strategies.
    • Attend conferences, meetups, and events with a recruiting evangelist approach.

    Qualifications

    • You have a College / University degree.
    • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in technical, professional, sales recruiting in a similar environment (Software Engineering, SaaS, Computer Software, Technical)
    • Proven experience developing and implementing tailored, unique strategic recruiting strategies.
    • Passionate about hiring and technology.
    • Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed information in documents, electronic files, systems and processes.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and to represent LogMeIn with professionalism, diligence, and an infectious enthusiasm.
    • Able to identify talent and match to the needs and culture of an organization.
