    In this newly created position, the Partner Training Manager is responsible for creating and operating a Bold360 training program for Bold360 channel partners’ sales, solution engineering, professional services and customer support teams.  Bold360 is one of the fastest growing products at LogMeIn.  We are launching an exciting Partner Program to achieve even higher growth for this industry-leading product.  The Partner Training Manager will have an opportunity to significantly contribute to the success of this new channel program for this high-growth product.  Be a critical part of the team to build the foundation of this exciting program.

    Responsibilities

    • Create the structure of the Partner Training & Certification Program
    • Define training program syllabus and sequencing of various modules for various target audiences
    • Define modes of delivery for target audiences and modules (in-class versus online)
    • Work with the training organization to select and stand up a platform for delivery
    • Ensure that online training is accessible to authorized channel partners
    • Define certification requirements in collaboration with the SC/PS teams
    • Collect existing content from various sources and coordinate creation of missing content
    • Work collaboratively with the Bold360 channel partners to schedule and deliver the training to its various teams in various locations globally
    • Work collaboratively with the Bold360 channel partners to tweak the training material to suit their specific needs
    • Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to secure internal support and consensus for training programs
    • Continuously evaluate effectiveness of new and existing skills training programs
    • Create and refine a data driven, analytic framework to identify gaps and evaluate the success of training program
    • Manage external vendor relationships to develop and deliver content, as applicable

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience in Sales and Technical Training for high tech organizations with the demonstrated ability to transfer skills to a group and/or individuals
    • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B environment, delivering training to channel partners and/or business customers
    • Experience in high tech companies delivering SaaS products in customer support, contact center, customer engagement, customer experience technologies preferred
    • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, chatbot and social networking technologies preferred
    • Stellar skills in presenting, facilitating, and delivering both in-class and online training a must-have
    • Experience developing and delivering initial and ongoing training to sales teams
    • Experience with online sales training platforms
    • General understanding and comfort level with sales systems and tools
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
    • Thorough understanding of sales systems and tools like (SFDC, Allego, Sharepoint, etc.), and sales processes/terminology
    • Experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing sales data to drive continuous improvement and prove the efficacy of training programs
    • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
    • Collaborative and flexible mindset
    • Ability to work across various cultures globally; familiarity with international business culture preferred
    • Ability to Travel (25%)
    • Bachelor’s degree required
