    Due to growth, our Sales Training team is seeking multiple program managers to act as an internal sales experts and partner with assigned teams to help assess, measure and enhance the performance and effectiveness of sales teams and management. A thorough understanding of the Sandler and Command of the Message methodologies are a distinct advantage. SaaS (Software as a Service) experience is preferred. Your ability to analyze and understand sales performance data, develop and deliver targeted initiatives to address performance gaps using coaching and training techniques will be key to our mutual success. Implementing and reporting on effective engagements, being proactive and building good relationships with leadership as well as managing your time effectively are important.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with local management to identify and analyze skills gaps and to monitor the overall effectiveness throughout the sales process
    • Consult, train, mentor, and coach managers and sales reps in areas that include revenue generation performance issues and overall effectiveness
    • Execute local sales training programs/workshops and keep updated on new training methods and techniques
    • Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills
    • Assist with the creation of curriculum to be included in development/training plans for all levels of the Sales organization
    • Analyze team's performance and understanding of goal setting
    • Effectively and efficiently coach others on specific sales techniques.
    • Work cross-functionally between various departments to help measure, analyze and enhance sales and sales management effectiveness.
    • Develop & deliver targeted sales skills improvement coaching and training sessions.
    • Create and administer training assessments; assist in the development of a methodology certification program in alignment with global T&D team to ensure consistency
    • Identify and track metrics to measure impact of coaching and training
    • Prepare and deliver readiness content for weekly sales updates
    • Support global reinforcement training initiatives focused on selling skills
    • Manage external vendor relationships to develop and deliver content, as applicable
    • Lead or assist with the planning, content development and execution of Global Sales events, as needed

    Qualifications

    • Related University degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience preferably in SaaS / IT environment
    • Minimum of 2 years of Training/Mentoring/Coaching experience 
    • 2 years of Management or team lead experience ideal 
    • Familiar with adult learning and coaching concepts
    • Thorough understanding of selling methodologies used at LogMeIn (Sandler, Command of the Message), trainer and coach certifications a plus
    • Prior experience or involvement in: sales training, leadership development, and customer/client service
    • Presentation/coaching skills
    • Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
    • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow.
    • Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
