  • Overview

    The Global Training and Development team at LogMeIn is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and measuring training programs to support of the Global Sales Organization.  Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Training we are seeking a motivated Sales Coach to act as an internal sales expert to help assess, measure and transform the performance and effectiveness of our sales teams. 

    Responsibilities

    • Consult, mentor, and coach a selected group of sales reps to affect positive change and increase overall sales acumen and effectiveness
    • Create individualized sales coaching plans with actionable and time-bound next steps
    • Increase deal progression and velocity through 1:1 deal review
    • Generate buy-in from coached reps by demonstrating how the Coaching Program leads to increased production, revenue and goal attainment
    • Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to secure internal support and consensus for the Coach Program
    • Continually evaluate results of Coach Program and iterate on process and approach as necessary
    • Ideate and roll out creative programs to reinforce LogMeIn’s sales Methodologies and approaches
    • Execute local sales training programs/workshops and keep updated on new training methods and techniques
    • Analyze sales rep performance and overall efficacy of the Coach Program
    • Support global reinforcement training initiatives focused on selling skills
    • Lead or assist with the planning, content development and execution of Global Sales events, as needed

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of sales experience preferably in SaaS / IT environment
    • 2+ years of Training/Mentoring/Coaching experience 
    • 1+ year of Management or Team Lead experience preferred
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently coach others by simplifying complex sales techniques and approaches
    • Thorough understanding of selling methodologies used at LogMeIn (Sandler, Command of the Message), trainer and coach certifications a plus
    • High EQ – ability to build trust and lasting relationships while affecting positive changes in approach
    • Polished front of room and virtual presentation and facilitation ability
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
    • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
    • Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
    • Ability to Travel (10%)
