LogMeIn is looking for an experienced presales Director for our Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) business unit to manage and optimize our highly performing Solutions Consulting teams in North America. Working with our UCC offerings which include industry leading solutions such as GoToMeeting and Jive, our hosted VOIP phone system, you will be responsible for the team’s strategic direction, development, operational execution, and delivery against performance metrics and sales goals. You will use your insight and expertise to define strategic plans, optimize the workflow, help our teams differentiate our offerings from the competition and assist in closing business. You'll partner closely with your counterpart in sales leadership to ensure goal attainment. You’ll oversee the distribution of resources to manage the technical sales cycle to ensure new and add-on business opportunities are executed as optimally as possible resulting in closed business. You will ensure the technical competency and effectiveness of your team via continuing enablement.
