The Enterprise Account Executive is dedicated to our Bold360 product line (within our Customer Engagement and Support (CES) business. Bold360 leverages the power of A.I, to offer the ultimate online customer engagement solution, with rapid time-to-value. It allows companies to deliver better, more consistent customer experiences, integrating seamlessly across both chat bot and agent (human) interactions. Bold360 delivers groundbreaking intelligence with out-of-the-box simplicity and helps agents do what they do best – be human. Bold360 is growing rapidly and we’re building a dedicated team around it.
The Enterprise Account Executive is primarily focused on proactive cultivation of new Bold360 business in this emerging space. You will be responsible for creating demand, building qualified opportunity pipeline, up-selling and cross-selling into existing LMI customers, forecasting and closing bookings as per your assigned plan. You will sell into all customers across Australia, New Zealand and Asia (there are no size limits) although the majority of your interactions will be with enterprise customers due to the size, scale and complexity of Bold360.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting new technology, which has an easy to define, interesting use case. LogMeIn has an extensive blue chip client base and you will be able to tap into that base, selling into some of APAC’s largest companies.
