    The Enterprise Account Executive is dedicated to our Bold360 product line (within our Customer Engagement and Support (CES) business.  Bold360 leverages the power of A.I, to offer the ultimate online customer engagement solution, with rapid time-to-value. It allows companies to deliver better, more consistent customer experiences, integrating seamlessly across both chat bot and agent (human) interactions. Bold360 delivers groundbreaking intelligence with out-of-the-box simplicity and helps agents do what they do best – be human. Bold360 is growing rapidly and we’re building a dedicated team around it.


    The Enterprise Account Executive is primarily focused on proactive cultivation of new Bold360 business in this emerging space. You will be responsible for creating demand, building qualified opportunity pipeline, up-selling and cross-selling into existing LMI customers, forecasting and closing bookings as per your assigned plan.  You will sell into all customers across Australia, New Zealand and Asia (there are no size limits) although the majority of your interactions will be with enterprise customers due to the size, scale and complexity of Bold360.


    This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting new technology, which has an easy to define, interesting use case. LogMeIn has an extensive blue chip client base and you will be able to tap into that base, selling into some of APAC’s largest companies.


    • New account acquisition, including prospecting, identifying key decision makers and business drivers, following up on inbound leads, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing
    • Provide a consultative sales approach through an extended sales cycle to consistently meet or exceed quota
    • Apply thorough knowledge of key competitors and of how LogMeIn’s products compare
    • Keep up to date on new product releases
    • Obtain repeat business, referrals and references
    • Demonstrate strong qualification skills to provide accurate forecast reports
    • Present to customers both in-person and through web based meetings
    • Attend/speak/network at industry events, conferences and round-tables, to increase awareness and consideration of Bold360
    • Demonstrate ability to represent LogMeIn with C-level executives.


    • Experienced field salesperson (5+ years sales experience), with demonstrated experience selling complex SaaS solutions into enterprise customers
    • Strong track history in meeting and/or exceeding quota, by managing long, complex sales cycles and bringing larger deals to close
    • Experience selling customer experience, customer engagement or even chat bot / other AI software solutions would be desirable.
    • Experience selling into the APAC market, including Asia, would be desirable.
    • Clear and effective communicator
    • Analytical and creative approach to problem solving, along with strong organisation and prioritization abilities
    • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
