  • Overview

    As an Account Manager, your objective will be to ensure customers’ complete satisfaction and loyalty, thereby increasing retention, driving the growth of Jive’s products, solution and services, and referral opportunities.


    • The objective is accomplished as you focus on the following three responsibilities:
    • Actively mine existing accounts for referrals
    • Proactively conduct health checks for each account
    • Upsell related activities
    • In doing so, Account Managers will take a trust-based, consultative approach when working with existing customers; acting as their internal champion for all support and operational issues and as a business partner with regards to referral business.


    • Ability to demonstrate relationship building/development skills
    • A professional communicator, comfortable being on the phone and getting your message across clearly and effectively.
    • Experience growing client accounts for a variety of business partners.
    • Experience working as an Add-On Account Manager
