  • Responsibilities

    Perform as the liaison between Jive Communications and its valued partners/clients.
    Work against a quota and develop new leads through relationships with partners.
    Recruit, formalize agreements, and train new partners
    Work with the Outside Channel Manager to ensure an open line of communication for clients.
    Collaborate with Partner Sales Support to ensure successful processing of new and additional orders.
    Complete all required administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner.
    Provide timely and accurate reports and properly enter information into Jive’s Salesforce database.
    Maintain accurate client profiles.
    Attend company events (e.g., trade shows, company meetings, special events, etc.).
    Escalate any and all roadblocks to respective support department.
    Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational team meetings/workshops.
    Establish personal networks.
    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications

    6+ years of sales experience (channel sales preferred)
    Specialized knowledge in Hosted VoIP and Unified
    Excellent customer service
    Goal-oriented personality
    Proven closing skills
    Territory maintenance skills
    Prospecting skills
    Negotiation experience
    Self-confidence
    Industry (product) knowledge
    Excellent phone communication skills
    Self-starter personality
