    Here at LogMeIn, our Core Technology Group (CTG) is a technology business partner for various internal customer groups, (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, etc.).  In addition, our CTG provides technology platforms and services to our various commercial Software as a Service (SaaS) product Business Units.  Our SaaS product BU portfolios include some of the most recognized and popular software products in the world, (e.g. GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Join.me, LastPass, Jive, etc.).

    As a Senior Product Manager on our CTG Commerce team, you will report to our Director of Product Management for Commerce.  In this role, you will help design and execute the strategy for our SaaS Commerce products.  In addition, you will leverage your deep customer empathy, and amazing analytical skills, to uncover insights and identify opportunities for continued Commerce product improvement and growth.

    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance and SaaS product Business Units to deeply understand customer needs and use that feedback to driver customer satisfaction
    • Evaluate and analyze the market and competitive opportunities, product performance and user feedback to identify new growth opportunities
    • Establish, assess, refine and execute against the Commerce team vision, strategy and roadmaps
    • Socialize Commerce strategies and plans with the executive team, functional leadership and other key stakeholders
    • Communicate, at all levels, on status and health of the product roadmap and major initiatives
    • Partner with Commerce Engineering leads to balance trade-offs between short term value and long term impact to deliver awesome results while avoiding technical debt
    • Be a clear, effective, and active communicator to foster a true team environment through sharing ideas and plans with stakeholders; both inside and outside the organization
    • Own and manage backlogs and prioritizations
    • Participate in M&A due diligence


    • 7+ years of related industry experience in a Product Management role in high tech, software or SaaS experience is preferred
    • Experience with eCommerce, Subscription-based services and Telecom Billing is preferred
    • Understanding of highly technical products and experience influencing Engineers and making product trade-offs
    • Demonstrated track record of success collaborating with broad, cross-functional teams
    • Ability to sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, analysts and partners
    • Superb verbal and written communication skills; along with organizational and project management skills
    • Proven ability to solve hard problems
    • Strong understanding of business considerations related to complex software products
    • Experience operating in an Agile environment
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
    • Highly self-motivated, passionate and team-oriented
    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
