    LogMeIn Web & Ecommerce Marketing seeks a self-starter Manager of Digital Engagement Programs ready to dive into the new and exciting field of ChatBots, Live Sales Chat, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)! LogMeIn’s Bold360ai is a groundbreaking customer engagement solution that enables Sales and AI adoption through chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent self-service, to deliver better outcomes and business results. The Manager of Digital Engagement Programs will be at the heart of this transformation for LogMeIn’s Marketing websites. This individual will create the strategy and programs to deliver the next generation of Customer Engagement to drive eCommerce growth and increase sales conversions. This person will work across the LogMeIn global organization with Marketing, Product, Sales, etc. to ensure that we have alignment and coordination to deliver results. An ideal candidate will have a high passion for building customer centric innovation and meaningful OmniChannel experiences. This role is a critical hire as LogMeIn solidifies its position as a billion dollar SaaS company and continues to grow aggressively in the markets we serve.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop the Bold360ai integration strategy roadmap and be the driving force for Digital Engagement (ChatBot/AI) experimentation across the full portfolio of digital marketing (web) and ecommerce sites
    • Tightly work with the Web and eCommerce Analysts to track, analyze, and measure the impact from Live Chats/Bots and A/B tests outcomes
    • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are indicative of the customer experience and quantify the management plan numbers
    • Provide guidance to Sales leaders to accelerate growth 
    • Ensure the Digital Engagement Roadmap creates engaging front door conversational web experiences
    • Partner with the Marketing Web and eCommerce UX Design team to perform competitive benchmarking and customer journey mapping
    • Collaborate with product experts to accomplish personalized content and sales scripts for web prospects, qualified marketing leads, and cross selling customers
    • Lead business initiatives with the Digital Engagement Specialist(s)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years experience in related fields (eCommerce, Digital/Web marketing, SaaS, )
    • 2-3 years of people management experience 
    • Strong understanding of Omni-Channel and hands on experience
    • Knowledge of ChatBot and AI platforms
    • Experience managing A/B testing and growth hacking
    • Demonstrate exceptional data analysis skills and ability to produce actionable insights
    • Ability to build close knit stakeholder relationships across Marketing and Sales
    • Demonstrate technical thought leadership in customer-facing situations with an ability to connect technology with measurable business value
    • Agile Project Management Skills to driving decisions collaboratively and resolve conflicts; Design Thinking and/or Lean experience preferred
    • Proven track record in a high revenue growth environment leading top priority strategic program
    • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
