LogMeIn Web & Ecommerce Marketing seeks a self-starter Manager of Digital Engagement Programs ready to dive into the new and exciting field of ChatBots, Live Sales Chat, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)! LogMeIn’s Bold360ai is a groundbreaking customer engagement solution that enables Sales and AI adoption through chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent self-service, to deliver better outcomes and business results. The Manager of Digital Engagement Programs will be at the heart of this transformation for LogMeIn’s Marketing websites. This individual will create the strategy and programs to deliver the next generation of Customer Engagement to drive eCommerce growth and increase sales conversions. This person will work across the LogMeIn global organization with Marketing, Product, Sales, etc. to ensure that we have alignment and coordination to deliver results. An ideal candidate will have a high passion for building customer centric innovation and meaningful OmniChannel experiences.
