    Position Overview


    The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s day to day management of Cash Application. The Cash Application Specialist applies customer payments, adjustments and write offs, processes refunds, maintains source documents and processes customer data.




    • Process workflows in NetSuite
    • Works closely with LogMeIn Accounts Receivable/Collections and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate payment application
    • Assists Accounts Receivable/Collections, with Payment Research; resolves unapplied payments in timely manner
    • Processes customer refunds
    • Works with LogMeIn to research and allocate payments
    • Works with bank to investigate and apply customer payments
    • Performs payments reconciliations between system interfaces
    • Perform weekly random audits to ensure reported expenses are in line with current policy
    • Make recommendations and implement process improvements
    • Support manager with KPI reporting




    • Preferably finance and accounting degree
    • 3-5 years work experience on field in Cash Application (preferably SSC)
    • Fluent written and oral English knowledge
    • Able to communicate at multiple levels of the organization
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience using NetSuite or other Tier 1 ERP reporting package is a plus
