    LogMeIn is seeking an awesome Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist with an outgoing personality, ready to work in a fast-paced work environment in our Montreal Office.   

    Responsibilities

    • Offer proactive recruiting assistance (Internship programs, Recruiting events, Sourcing) 
    • Perform prescreen and soft skills interviews 
    • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience 
    • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues 
    • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development 
    • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems 
    • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace 
    • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies 
    • Undertake tasks in performance management 
    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form 
    • Prepare termination and severance letters 

    Qualifications

    • Bilingual: French and English (spoken, written) 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline 
    • 8+ years of proven experience as HR Generalist 
    • Excellent communication and people skills 
    • Strong knowledge of hiring processes 
    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures 
    • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws 
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, and various HRMS and ATS (Workday, ICIMS) 
    • Able to work in a Mac environment 
    • Aptitude in problem-solving and negociation 
    • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach 
    • CHRP, an important asset
