• Senior Quality Engineer

  • Overview

    You will be joining a team of software engineers automating and managing product testing. You will be the primary owner of the test planning, test case design and interaction with developers of audio and video components. Your goal is to create solutions to improve and ensure quality of LogMeIn software products.


    • Design, manage, and update test plan and strategies
    • Plan and coordinate manual test efforts
    • Analyze and review test results for conformance to test plans and specifications
    • Define and drive test automation strategy jointly with development teams
    • Provide guidance and leadership to developers to reproduce and resolve problems
    • Evangelize for TDD and Test Automation
    • Provide and receive feedback as part of continuous improvement
    • Perform high quality code reviews across teams


    • Expertise in working with engineering management to plan, analyze, develop, & execute test automation and testing plans
    • Expertise with professional software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle, i.e. applying TDD, clean code, pair programming, code reviews, etc.
    • Coding skills in programming/scripting languages
    • Expertise in CI/CD
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, and to train and mentor junior colleagues
    • Expertise in software testing frameworks is a plus
    • Expertise in distributed systems and computer networks is a plus
