As a (Senior) Solutions Consultant for LogMeIn Bold360, you are the technology expert for during the sales cycle for our customer engagement ai solutions Bold360 and Bold360 ai. You will partner with the Sales Team and other cross-functional teams involved in the customer on-boarding experience. Working closely with Sales and the customer, you will be expected to explain, demonstrate and promote our technology in a digestible way. Assist customers with their technical issues as requested by Key Account Executives where there is a retention risk or new opportunity. This is a critical role in helping our customers to understand the ability of our products and to ensure their experience with LogMeIn will be successful.
