  • Overview

    We are looking for “Inside Sales Representative” to join our high performing sales team. In this sales role, you will be tasked with acquiring new logos for our Collaboration and Customer engagement & Support line of business in SME market.

    A significant amount of leads come through our “Freemium” business model, which allows prospects to download free trials of our products. You will be following-up on these leads, qualifying the opportunity, uncover primary technical and business needs, and communicate how the appropriate LogMeIn solutions can meet those needs and solve the prospects problems. 



    • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota 
    • Meet and exceed LogMeIn’s measurable performance goals and business KPIs.
    • Forecast accurately, follow up diligently, create, manage and close the pipeline in tune to assigned quotas.
    • Triage and resolve incoming customer inquiries (email/web/phone) efficiently
    • Make calls to prospective customers who have downloaded a free trial of our solution to uncover business needs, technical requirements, and the buyer’s purchasing process
    • Establish a consistent daily call routine in line with expected call metrics of 40-50 calls per day
    • You should be familiar with modern productivity tools.
    • Work closely and collaboratively within and outside of immediate team.


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 4+ years of proven track record in quota carrying roles
    • Strong closing skills
    • Professionals with high customer centric attitude
    • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills 
    • Strong listening skills and be coachable
    • Outbound sales call experience 
    • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value proposition.
