    LogMeIn is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Customer Engagement and Support Business with a passion for driving a rapid growth business. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way companies engage with their customers and employees. LogMeIn’s Bold360 solution is enabling any size company to adopt AI faster, through chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent self-service, to deliver better outcomes and business results. This Product Marketing Manager will be at the heart of this transformation, driving the strategy, market research, branding, content and programs to make AI a reality for any company. They will work across the organization with product, sales, solution consulting and training teams to ensure that we have alignment and coordination to deliver results and drive growth in the emerging segment around AI.

    Responsibilities

    • A unique combination of deep technical skills and business acumen as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure our sales force and partners can take full advantage of the Bold360 for delivering high value for our end customers.
    • Excitement for understanding, shaping, and growing a new market for AI powered chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent self-service that helps companies deliver better experiences more efficiently
    • Speaking on webinars, in-person events and relevant conferences.
    • They will work with sales, sales ops, the solution consulting teams and training teams to ensure that the sales team have Bold360 product top of mind. 
    • Support customer calls
    • Work with social and sales teams to create “just in time” (breach news) Bold360 content.
    • Shape our brand, voice and messaging into compelling content that highlights our value drivers and drives awareness of our solution in the market.
    • Work hand-in-hand with demand gen marketing, product and field teams to define effective marketing initiatives and shape a compelling message about our right to win
    • Collaborate with other members of the marketing organization to provide appropriate messaging and assets utilized in marketing programs, such as search, display, content syndication, events/webinars.
    • Work with the broader Marketing organization to brief sales teams on marketing campaigns, key messages and assets for sales to utilize in their lead follow up

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
    • At least 7 years’ experience in product focused marketing role (SaaS preferably).
    • Proven track record in a high revenue growth environment.
    • Demonstrated analytic skills and ability to produce actionable insights. 
    • Proven experience presenting on webinars and at conferences 
    • Demonstrate strong project management, budget management, and organizational skills 
    • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills 
    • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; happy to help others
    • Ability to deal with both internal marketing/sales stakeholders and external agencies.
    • Demonstrate technical thought leadership in customer-facing situations with an ability to connect technology with measurable business value.
    • Ability to build technical and business credibility with senior executives and grow mind share with highly strategic customers and partners.
    • Track record of driving decisions collaboratively and resolving conflicts with consistent and reliable follow through.
