    The Staff Pricing Manager is an active contributor to the LogMeIn organization through delivering research, analysis and strategic insights to form recommend pricing and packaging line ups for our portfolio of products.  This role will also provide a consistent pricing methodology for the portfolio of products within the Business Unit.

     

    The Staff Pricing Manager will produce detailed recommendations to enable Product, Marketing and Sales to use pricing effectively to drive user growthrevenue growth and enhance profitability. This role is expected to drive the pricing initiatives with minimal supervision and infuse a high level of initiative and creativity to the pricing processThe role is expected to drive a high level of collaboration and influence with stakeholders across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, test and integrate various pricing models and audience segmentation into the pricing and discounting structures.
    • Prepare and present recommendations for price and line-up changes for existing offerings as well as evaluating new product features and new offerings based on value and competitive positioning.
    • Conduct data analysis to articulate defendable points of view on key pricing areas i.e., pricing capabilities, price models, price setting, price realization, SaaS revenue models and bundling.
    • Gather feedback from Sales and Care teams on the changes and adjustments of the rates, pricing and discounting logic. Assist with analyzing sales patterns in order to identify trends and optimize pricing
    • Assist Finance with in depth financial modeling of all pricing initiatives.
    • Assist with the implementation and execution of new pricing arrangements

    Qualifications

    • The candidate must possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Strong knowledge of various pricing methodologies and systems
    • The candidate must work collaboratively with key pricing stakeholders in multiple functions to assist in establishing and delivering optimal aligned pricing proposals.
    • Excellent project management, highly organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Quantitative and qualitative analysis and modeling skills required
    • Strong presentation and communication skills;
    • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
    • Survey/ conjoint analysis experience
    • Statistical modeling experience
    • SAS or other statistical language programming experience highly desirable
    • Excellent skills in Excel, SQL and R skills an important advantage
    • Data visualization tools experience (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, etc.)
    • Experience with A/B testing
