  • Overview

    Jive is looking for an outstanding Techinical Sales professional who will lead our expansion into mid-market and to pursue new business opportunities. You will interact with Jive’s sales engineers in a highly consultative manner to help them accomplish their goals in helping customers identify their voice/video and network requirements and provide the necessary design guidance that leads to technical sales closure and successful deployments of Jive's services.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Understand and help sell hosted VoIP systems.
    • Develop new and maintain existing productive relationships with account managers, partners and SMB clients
    • Work closely with our engineering staff for project hand-off and documentation of the sale
    • Answer and ask technical questions regarding customers network and telecommunications services
    • Understand and present hosted VoIP solutions to customers

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of sales or technical support experience required
    • Strong technical aptitude
    • Experience in UCaaS or voice technology is a plus
    • Highly motivated self-starter/strong work ethic
    • Communication and people skills to assist with sales
    • Comfortable working independently
    • Possess time management skills
    • Possess problem solving skills
    • Have basic understanding of networking
