• Account Manager - Asia

  • Overview

    The Account Manager will form part of our Asia Sales team – our highest performing team in the business, led by an energised, supportive and experienced manager.  The team culture is fun, up-beat and collaborative, with effort and performance gaining great recognition and reward. The Account Manager’s purpose is to manage, retain and grow our SMB client accounts across Asia – including Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand and Japan, as well as hunt for new business in the region.   The AM will span across all our products and business units, giving them breadth, depth and variety in their role. The role will involve regular travel across Asia.


    • Manage a list of top accounts for optimal high value conversion.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
    • Record and track contact with all assigned clients
    • Profile and query assigned customer base in territory for add-on and cross-sell
    • opportunities by building strong relationships which quickly identify and qualify revenue.
    • Manage a list of critical accounts to contact for product release or bug notifications
    • Actively seek out new customers and logos from a mixture of leads, marketing activity and cold calling.
    • Establish a consistent daily call routine in line with expected call metrics of 40-50 calls per day
    • Develop strategies using customer usage tools to identify customers who may have need for additional seats
    • Triage and resolve incoming customer inquiries (email/web/phone) efficiently
    • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experience handling the full sales cycle
    • Experience selling technology solutions
    • Willingness to travel as needed
    • Proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals.
    • Excellent relationship building and strong closing skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow
