    LogMeIn is looking to hire a highly motivated, passionate and customer centric Renewals Representative to cover the DACH market. This role is focused on retaining LogMeIn's strategic customers in the DACH region and to re-sell our products values, while working strategically with the aligned sales account managers. Having the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew client subscriptions, overcome objections, and strong time management skills, will be critical components to success in the position.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual retention targets
    • Proactively contact customers ahead of their subscription anniversary to obtain necessary renewal paperwork (signed order forms and PO’s)
    • Maintain a detailed account of daily activity and forecast deals in SFDC
    • Defend against competitive pressures, and surface upsell opportunities to account executives
    • Respond to inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professional via phone and email

    Qualifications

    • Ability to pick up technology and effectively communicate business value proposition
    • Ability to speak English and German to a business fluent level
    • Track record of attaining goals in a high-volume transactional business
    • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM system
    • Customer Service experience a plus
