  • Overview

    Your focus will be to drive the overall Customer Retention Program for LogMeIn.  This program will hone several core competencies in order to create a strong customer retention practice at LogMeIn, ultimately moving the needle on our performance.

     

    You will drive large-scale projects across the entire company, while continually identifying, recommending, and igniting strategic business improvements.  You are a relationship-builder, and an influencer.  You are sought after by others for guidance based on extensive knowledge and expertise.  You accelerate teams forward and get things done.  You communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, while continually measuring and validating the impact that the work is having.

    Responsibilities

    • Shepherd the customer retention vision, strategy, and execution plan for the company
    • Assess the viability and alignment of various projects to be worked, ensuring work is always prioritized towards achievement of company targets and advancement of retention strategy
    • Manage the the end-to-end program, including the portfolio of efforts, core set of stakeholders, critical meetings, communications, and planning across a set of projects
    • Ensure projects cross the finish line by highlighting and overcoming blockers early, guiding teams through complex interdependencies, and by ensuring all players feel accountability to the results
    • Keep an eye towards what’s next in line to further the achievement of our strategy
    • Develop strong relationships with key players across the company – building an influential network to facilitate and drive the collaboration across multiple project/program managers
    • Communicate program progress concisely and transparently, to a wide range of stakeholders via written and/or presented updates
    • Guide decisions on a strategic level, with the highest level of senior leaders
    • Exercise considerable latitude in determining portfolio goals and methods

    Qualifications

    • Masters Degree or equvalent experience
    • 18+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong relationship-building
    • Strategic planning skills and ability to articulate a vision and strategy
    • Portfolio management skills, requiring handling a diverse workload
    • Exceptional personal communication and presentation skills
