Your focus will be to drive the overall Customer Retention Program for LogMeIn. This program will hone several core competencies in order to create a strong customer retention practice at LogMeIn, ultimately moving the needle on our performance.
You will drive large-scale projects across the entire company, while continually identifying, recommending, and igniting strategic business improvements.
