  • Overview

    Your goal will be to ensure that all Jive customer equipment is ordered, monitored, and tracked for accuracy. You will work on multiple systems where accuracy and attention to detail are critical. You will build strong relationships with project management, customer support, and resolutions teams to give our customers the Jive experience. You must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form (e.g., emails, notes, etc.)

    • Contribute to team building
    • Manage equipment inventory
    • Create a positive Jive experience
    • Be responsible for customer equipment using proprietary software and processes
    • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding product updates, inventory, and product issues


    • Ability to be self-disciplined
    • Ability to adapt to new system processes
    • High organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and the Google Suite
    • Ability to accurately document procedures and build processes from the ground up
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other employees, customers, and other partners
