    The Sales Operations Analyst/PM - Collaboration will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will work extensively with the Sales management team to provide critical insight into performance and trends relating to LogMeIn’s Collaboration business. The Sales Operations Analyst – Collaboration will be an important member of a growing sales operations team which is critical to the overall productivity and scale of our business.  Exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a high visibility role in fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a strong understanding of the Collaboration SaaS/UCaaS market and where LogMeIn is headed within the space, eventually serving as a trusted advisor to members of the Sales team at all levels of management
    • Responsible for quality, accuracy, and timeliness of standard reporting
    • Assist in compiling daily, weekly and monthly standard reports and developing best practices, as needed
    • Interface with database team to develop fully automated standard reporting long term
    • Perform complex ad hoc analysis as required, joining multiple variables, co-horting, etc.
    • Go above and beyond initial analysis requests by determining what questions we should be asking; proactively provide answers to the next logical questions before they are asked
    • Create and give presentations on projects or initiatives of a strategic nature to executive-level members of the Company
    • Manage cross-functional projects with key stakeholders scattered across the business, and holding members accountable to deadlines
    • Multi-task effectively
    • Quickly respond to priority requests, juggling other projects necessary
    • Provide consistent high level of service to all internal customers
    • Attend staff meetings, taking notes and tracking initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Business-related BS degree
    • 2 years’ experience in sales operations or like-minded roles
    • com experience is a must
    • BI experience a plus
    • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver
    • Excellent system skills within the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
    • Exceptional attention to detail. Smart, thorough and able to work independently
    • Personable; able to work as a member of a team and to interact with peers and internal customers in other departments.
    • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal: ability to simplify and explain complex analyses
    • Good work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
