    This role will be a critical hire in driving the growth of the C&C business unit.  Specific focus will be on driving international growth specifically for 3 product lines: GoToMeeting/OpenVoice (leader communication and collab solutions), GoToWebinar/GoToStage (leader Marketing, Training, and Sales Webinar solutions), and JoinMe (leader collaboration product for technologists and micro-businesses).  This person will be a key C&C leader, working in region with local sales, demand marketing, operations and analytics teams to develop GTM plans and monitor its effectiveness for prioritized focus markets.

     

    The International Product Marketing Manager will be the internal and external evangelist for the C&C product offerings across the International sales organisation. They will work with sales, sales ops, the solution consulting teams and training teams to ensure that the sales team have C&C top of mind. They will act as the primary spokesperson for LogMeIn’s C&C portfolio position in International markets to press and customers.

     

    This role will also be point for regional marketing leaders and will recommend and create outstanding marketing/product content that will resonate in market collaborating with the central PMM teams in UC. This person will be the International “eyes and ears” of the C&C business unit’s leadership team, working to provide a deep insight on regional market trends, price and product competition.  

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary spokesperson for LogMeIn’s C&C portfolio in International markets to press, customers and prospects.  This includes speaking on webinars, in-person events and relevant conferences.
    • The International Product Marketing Manager will be the internal and external evangelist for the C&C product offerings across the International sales organisation.
    • They will work with sales, sales ops, the solution consulting teams and training teams to ensure that the sales team have C&C product portfolio top of mind.
    • Support customer calls
    • Act as feedback channel from “regions to HQ to regions”.
    • Ensure strong competitive position relative to key competitors.
    • Flow input from regions into “tent pole” content creation process in HQ.
    • Drive GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and JoinMe to “top of mind” across all layers and channels within sales org.
    • Work with social selling team to create “just in time” (breach news) C&C content.
    • A unique combination of Communications and Collaborations skills and business acumen as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure our sales force and partners can take full advantage of the C&C portfolios and are delivering high value for our end customers.

    Qualifications

    • 5-8 years’ experience in product focussed marketing role (SaaS preferably).
    • 30% Travel internationally to USA and Australia.
    • Proven track record in a high revenue growth environment.
    • Demonstrated analytic skills and ability to produce insight.
    • Technical background or high-comfort level with technical products.  Must have a strong understanding of software technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends – with the ability to translate technical features into tangible customer business benefits
    • Proven experience presenting on webinars and at conferences
    • Demonstrate strong project management, budget management, and organizational skills
    • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; happy to help others
    • Ability to deal with both internal marketing/sales stakeholders and external agencies.
    • Demonstrate technical thought leadership in customer-facing situations with an ability to connect technology with measurable business value.
    • The ability to impact and influence customers and partners with a high degree of autonomy, energy, flexibility and the drive to create real and measurable business results.
    • Ability to build technical and business credibility with senior executives and grow mind share with highly strategic customers and partners.
    • Track record of driving decisions collaboratively and resolving conflicts with consistent and reliable follow through.
