  • Overview

    As the Director of Account Management in our Customer Engagement & Support business unit, you will be responsible for driving execution, delivery, and strategy for our account management and sales missives and function as the de facto leader for the Corporate Account Management team in North America.  Overseeing a team made up of Sales Managers, Sales Leads, and Account Managers, you will drive an organization responsible for cross-selling and up-selling into a strategic cohort of midmarket customers.  Partnering with the Vice President of CES Sales, you will work to accurately forecast quarterly and yearly goals, manage change, focus and align our teams to operational and financial success, and represent the Boston office as its leader to our leadership teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop, and inspire a sales culture that permeates throughout LogMeIn and drives accountability in a sustainable and progressive manner.
    • Oversee a team of 3-4 managers who each manage 7-8 account managers responsible for a cross-selling and up-selling anywhere from 300-350 client accounts with a total overall annual sales goal of roughly $10M per annum.
    • Align, support, and focus the teams against new products, sales methodologies and best practices, and new hire onboarding. The team is growing, so a leader on this team needs to be accustomed to a fast pace and constantly evolving set of asks.
    • Accurately forecast sales pipeline in close partnership with Sales Operations and Finance.
    • Effectively cross collaborate with functional leaders in marketing, product/engineering, finance and training and development to drive sales initiatives and process orientation designed to optimize business volume and velocity.

    Qualifications

     

    • Past experience working in a high growth company who has managed teams through change.
    • Ability to think, move, and lead quickly with the understanding of high velocity, high volume sales.
    • Superior communication skills and demonstrated ability partnering with/presenting/communicating to C-level/Executive team.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable with big data sets which enable regular inspection of business and market trends.
    • Past experience developing new sales models and/or testing/piloting new selling approaches on a small scale later implementing them on a larger scale.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
