As the Director of Account Management in our Customer Engagement & Support business unit, you will be responsible for driving execution, delivery, and strategy for our account management and sales missives and function as the de facto leader for the Corporate Account Management team in North America. Overseeing a team made up of Sales Managers, Sales Leads, and Account Managers, you will drive an organization responsible for cross-selling and up-selling into a strategic cohort of midmarket customers. Partnering with the Vice President of CES Sales, you will work to accurately forecast quarterly and yearly goals, manage change, focus and align our teams to operational and financial success, and represent the Boston office as its leader to our leadership teams.
