    We are currently hiring a Director of Product Management, Commerce for our Core Technology Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who has the desire to work with teams who are passionate about innovation and creating amazing customer experiences.

    In this role, you will be accountable to:

    • Establish and evangelize Commerce product vision, strategy, and roadmap through deep understanding of market trends, business priorities, and emerging technologies.
    • Direct interaction of the product team with customers, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Care to deeply understand customer needs for requirement and use the feedback to drive customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure delightful customer experiences through driving Customer Experience to perform effective design, user testing, and customer feedback review
    • Provide leadership to direct product teams across multiple geo’s across the globe
    • Partner with Product Engineering leads to balance trade-off between short term value & long termimpact to deliver awesome results while avoiding tech debt
    • Own and manage backlogs & prioritization
    • Define, monitor and report on product success metrics

    Responsibilities

    • Annual & Quarterly Product Roadmap Planning
    • Prepare and present data-driven business cases for new initiatives
    • As the organization’s Commerce subject matter expert, assess and drive successful M&A due diligence
    • Communications at all levels on status and health of the product roadmap and major initiatives
    • Collaborate with engineering to ensure a healthy technical foundation and establish a high-impact, high-quality agile product organization.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of related industry experience in a product management role in high tech or software -- SAAS experience is preferred
    • Proven leader who understands highly technical products and is experienced at influencing engineers and making product trade-offs.
    • Demonstrated track record of success working with broad cross-functional teams with ability to sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, analysts, and partners. 
    • Proven track record of leading a product management team or teams to deliver high-impact results.
    • Excels in an agile development environment
    • Passion for gaining insights into customer needs, and translating those needs into effective product requirements
    • Excellent communications, presentation and writing skills
    • Established track record of success working with sales, marketing, finance, customer success and engineering
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, and work collaboratively across functional areas
    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
