  • Overview

    We are searching for a Project Manager to join our LogMeIn team in Boston, MA.  This is a great opportunity for technical PM who has the desire to work with teams that are passionate about software product development, operational readiness, innovation and creating amazing customer experiences.  As a Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end alignment across the CIO organization and lines of business, work on complex projects, build partnerships, and communicate valued based outcomes.


    • Facilitate and ensure that complex, high-value TechOps and Business Unit projects are properly scoped, resourced, and communicated to minimize risk, deliver on-time and on-budget, (Inc. ownership and management of project timelines, etc.)
    • Build strong informal and formal communication channels to deliver information that is accurate and up-to-date to all stakeholders, (Inc. maintain transparency, etc.)
    • Evaluate and implement tools to empower and unencumber team members as they work to complete projects
    • Organize and guide large numbers of globally distributed, cross-functional resources successfully
    • Function as the primary point-of-contact for key leaders and stakeholders across the organization


    • 3+ years of related (Technical) Project Management experience with a proven track record of successful delivery; SaaS industry experience preferred
    • BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
    • In depth understanding of Agile methodology, its values and principles, including backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, burn-up/down charts, etc.
    • Experience working with distributed teams. Able to engage effectively with technical resources and foster communications
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills; written and verbal. Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within an organization; including senior-level executives
    • Work effectively as part of a team and have a genuine desire to assist colleagues
    • Excellent problem solving abilities
    • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; must work well under pressure, be flexible, and meet deadlines
    • Energetic and balanced person with a drive for results, who feels accountable, has a great attitude, and is a team-player; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
    • Desired project tools experience includes Clarizen, JIRA, Confluence
