The Operations Cloud Network Engineer acts as a member of the Technical Operations team and is responsible for the reliability, availability, maintenance and monitoring of a mission critical, large-scale, highly available, centrally managed Network & Cloud infrastructure supporting product teams and business analysis systems supporting mission critical services running on a global network serving hundreds of thousands of end users. This role works with other senior technical staff and management teams in architecting technical solutions as needed and both participates on and leads project teams; develops new procedures based on technical solutions; recommends and leads projects requiring complex technical decision making and provides input to delivery schedules; normally receives general instructions on new assignments; and has work reviewed by Operations Management team for the soundness of technical judgment and overall accuracy.
