  • Overview

    We are looking for an intern to join our Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team. Our mission is to deliver best quality InHouse-Cloud-Solutions for our customers. You work alongside senior engineers on designing and implementing Private, Hybrid and Public Cloud Solutions and working on POCs, always with the newest technologies. Additional you will learn how to build and maintain High-Performance Infrastructures End-to-End.

     

    Responsibilities

    You will join a highly engaged and talented team responsible for building the technology foundation for the future of Cloud Computing in LogMeIn. You will contribute to the overall development in multiple areas:

    • Implement infrastructure components that support training, predication and real-time feedback
    • Providing Self-Service Portals and Self-Services to our customers
    • Help maintain the infrastructure for our Developers, Customer Care and QE-Engineers
    • Continuously learn about the latest industry developments and technologies of Cloud Computing
    • Help to maintain our Helpdesk Portal with Ai Capabilities

    Qualifications

    • Computer Science / Business Information Systems or equivalent majors
    • Minimum of 10-week commitment required
    • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux and mobile Operating Systems
    • Hands-on experience with Scripting, REST, PowerShell
    • Hands-on experience with database and data processing
    • Research Assistant experience or previous internship experience preferred
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Outstanding collaboration skills
    • Hands-on experience with How-to Videos
