The Senior Engineering Manager – RTC Core Components is responsible for leading and developing two teams of software engineers in our office in Dresden / Germany and reports to the local Engineering Director. She or he participates in the definition of the real-time communication (RTC) platform strategy, leads her/his team through the execution of this strategy, utilizes metrics to assess progress, and continuously improves the software development process. The job holder will need to have a hands-on attitude and works together with his team members on topics like scalability, failure tolerance, transport of media, and signaling. The role will work closely with decision makers in other engineering groups across the globe.
