    About the Role


    We’re looking for an experienced candidate with Facilities Management domain knowledge and with extremely strong execution skills with Business and Customer orientation capability to join our team.

    The Facility Lead will directly report to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day operational and maintenance related tasks.

    This is a high-engagement role in a highly customer centric business environment and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about the responsibilities, and who has the right attitude and approach to enable business to succeed.



    • FM professional who has worked in customer centric business environment in a large MNC { companies having over 500 Head count} 
    • Resource with 10 + years of Facilities Management operation SME/ experience, should have worked in an R&D, Product development, IT services or BFSI business environment managing various categories in broad spectrum of FM domain such as…   
          • Soft services
          • Asset services
          • Environment, Health & Safety
          • Capacity Management – Space & Seat
          • Customs – Import & Export - With knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding process & procedure
          • Logistic  
          • Procurement – Non IT
          • Guest relations
          • Event Management
          • Vendor management
          • Employee engagement
          • Stake holder management  
          • Cafeteria management
          • Health & safety
          • Employee Transport
          • Corporate Security – Physical security
          • Front office/Lobby management
          • Statutory & Compliance knowledge
          • Exposure to Liaoning with Govt nodal agency 
    • With  experience in Corporate travel & Corporate stay management
    • Knowledge of Technical/Engineering services will be an added advantage – BMS, Access systems, CCTV etc
    • Good communication written & oral
    • Hands on experience on Enterprise tools such Oracle etc is required
    • Business orientation & Customer orientation capability
    • Articulation & data driven    
    • Good/Advance knowledge on MS Office suite, mandatory skill required on Advance/Macro Excel
    • Keen eyes to detailing
    • Open to adopt to change
