    This person is going to be traveling around provisioning phones and working with a Field Engineer to bring phones online.

     

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Need:

    • Network support training - college or equivalent
    • PC support (Windows and/or Mac)
    • Able to work with customers remotely to troubleshoot technical issues
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Able to speak, read, and write English
    • valid college diploma or equivalent post-secondary training

      

    You'll Get Bonus Points If You Have:

    • VOIP experience
    • French-speaking
